If you buy a report or use an account, we store the minimum needed to manage access and payments:

• Your account (email) in Supabase and the payment details in Stripe.
• Opaque ids of the analyses you've unlocked: random codes that say nothing about the chat.
• Your credit movements and your subscription periods.

What we never store: the chat content, the names of the people in it, words, stats or fingerprints of the file. Nothing that could reveal what the conversation was about or who was in it.

Only if you select the save checkbox do we keep a copy of the file in this browser until you delete it. Otherwise it stays in memory. A local mapping of fingerprints to random report ids recognises reimported files; fingerprints never leave your device. A private purchase cookie verifies anonymous access for a year; deleting it may prevent recovery unless you linked the purchase to an account.

You can delete it whenever you want with the “Delete analyses from this device” button, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

We count funnel steps: visits, analyse clicks, imports, summaries, exports and purchases. Events contain a random per-tab id, demo status, bounded stage/error codes, a path without parameters, language and mobile/desktop category. When signed in, your verified account id is included. Payments are counted only after server confirmation. This table never contains messages, names, files, results, fingerprints, IP addresses or full browser identifiers.

If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, we send no events at all. You can also turn it off yourself right here: we save the flag chatflash.analytics = off in this browser's local storage, and the rest of the site works exactly the same.

We only work with two providers, and only for the essentials:

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card. You can read their privacy policy.
• Supabase hosts user accounts. You can read their privacy policy.

Neither of them ever receives your chat content.
