ChatFlash is a web tool that analyzes the text file you export from WhatsApp and shows you stats about the conversation: who texts the most, at what hours, which emojis get used, and so on. It also generates visual cards with that data.

The service is provided by Marçal Ustrell, tax ID (NIF) 31040564V, registered at Carrer Sant Joan 27, 08540 Centelles (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: studiosprocessai@gmail.com.

The chat analysis happens in your browser, on your device. The content of the conversation is not sent to our servers. Buying a pack or a subscription doesn't mean we store conversations either: we still never receive them.

One complete analysis: €1.99. One-off payment · no subscription · no account required. Taxes included; unlocks the selected report. An account preserves the purchase entitlement; the file and results stay on your device.

Existing plans for registered accounts (their terms are preserved):

• 3-analysis pack: €2.99 (one-time payment). Includes 3 full analyses.
• Pro monthly: €4.99/mo (monthly subscription). Includes 15 full analyses per paid monthly period.

Each full analysis you unlock uses one credit. These are the rules, no catches:

• Pack credits never expire.
• Monthly credits renew with each paid billing period and don't roll over: whatever you don't use in a period is gone when the next one starts.
• If you have both kinds of credits, the ones about to expire are used first.
• Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals and you keep access for the period you already paid for.
• A failed payment grants no credits.
• Downloading again or recoloring a report you already unlocked doesn't use another credit.

You're buying digital content that is delivered instantly, so we apply EU consumer rules with no tricks:

• You have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw. If you haven't used any credit from that purchase, we refund the full amount.
• Each unlocked analysis is digital content already delivered: if you've used some of the credits, we deduct the proportional part and refund the rest.
• For the subscription, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep the access you already paid for. The 14-day withdrawal also applies to each renewal, with the same used-credits rule.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: full refund, always.

To request a refund, write to studiosprocessai@gmail.com from your account's email address, mentioning the purchase date. We process it through Stripe to the same payment method, and it usually shows up within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

You should only analyze chats you exported yourself and have the right to analyze. Respect the privacy of the other people in the conversation, especially if you share cards.

To use ChatFlash you must be at least 16 years old.

We take great care to get the stats right, but WhatsApp's export format can change and some messages can be misread. The service is provided “as is”, for informational and entertainment purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. None of the above limits the rights granted to you by consumer law, or liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll announce it on the site with reasonable notice. Changes don't affect what you've already paid for.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the competent courts are those designated by consumer protection rules.
